台灣女孩李佳臻（Sabrina Lee）出生於美國麻州，5歲就進入Nancy Chippendales舞蹈社學習舞蹈，從小打下深厚基礎，更曾參加比賽獲得3面金牌，實力相當堅強，這次她所屬的舞團受邀在川普就職典禮上演出，是團中唯一的華裔女孩，被封為是台灣之光！

李佳臻自幼習舞，奠定深厚舞蹈實力，年僅13歲的她不只是美國踢踏舞公司（American Tap Company）成員，2013年及2016年還曾和其他隊友，代表美國踢踏舞隊（USA Tap team）遠赴德國參加世界踢踏舞大賽，一舉奪下3面金牌，讓人相當驚艷。

締造多項榮耀後，這次李佳臻和所屬舞團19日受邀在川普就任美國總統的典禮上，參加「人民之聲」（Voices of the people）的主題演出，14天前才接獲通知的她，隨即和其他17名隊友進行超過50個小時的集訓，雖然辛苦卻更感到興奮。

事實上，李佳臻的父母李銘成和丁原媛是台灣移民，對女兒能在這麼大舞台上演出感到無比驕傲，直言雖然踢踏舞團的成員家長並非都是川普支持者，但同意這是難得的演出經驗，也和政治無關，認為孩子能在這個歷史性的舞台上演出，就是一種肯定。

中裕（4147）愛滋新藥TMB-355持續獲捷報！該新藥臨床三期24週試驗結果獲選將在2月CROI 2017研討會發表，目前中裕也加速進度，預計第1季下旬送件，拚第3季取得藥證，搶攻美國約90億美元愛滋（HIV/AIDS）藥物市場。

逆轉錄病毒及伺機性感染研討會（Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections 簡稱CROI）將在2017年2月13日至16日於美國華盛頓州西雅圖舉行，中裕的TMB-355（Ibalizumab）臨床三期（Study-301）24週試驗結果，獲選為late breaker（最新突破），將在2017年2月14日口頭方式發表，BrindaEmu醫師（耶魯大學醫學院感染性疾病專科助理教授）將會發表更多與此24週試驗相關的藥效及安全性結果。

中裕解釋，一般研討會內容均需要4～6個月前申請並篩選，但有些非常重要且時程來不及的，有late breaker機制，約會議前1～2個月提出特別申請，但需經篩選為有特殊價值及重要性案件。

中裕公告指出，此次除在CROI 2017研討會發表TMB-355臨床三期24週試驗結果被選為late breaker外，也會公布study-121肌肉注射藥物動力學及藥效動力學初步結果，與靜脈注射劑型的比較具有一致性。目前不僅靜脈注射劑將申請藥證，肌肉注射劑型也規劃在明年下半年納入label extension（擴大使用）。

初步統計，愛滋（HIV/AIDS）藥物全球銷售額約170億美元，市場以歐美為主。目前治療方法粗略劃分為四線，中裕TMB-355（Ibalizumab）靜脈注射型，應用在多重抗藥性病患，以目前多重抗藥性╱後線的愛滋病患，在美國約有3.8萬人口，以滲透率約20％～30％和藥價大於4.5萬美元估算，中裕的靜脈劑型若順利上市，後市商機看好。金管會債務協商

中裕規劃，在CROI研討會結束後，送件美國FDA進行蛋白質新藥藥證（BLA）申請，市場預期，第3季就會取得。

另外，ibalizumab肌肉注射劑型的藥物動力學及藥效動力學初步結果（Ibalizumab臨床一╱二期試驗TMB-121）與靜脈注射劑型的比較，也將於CROI研討會發表，結果顯示肌肉注射及靜脈注射800 mg後的藥物動力學結果相似，給藥期間皆可維持有效濃度。中裕規劃，在靜脈注射劑型上市後一年，將肌肉注射方式納入label extension。
